Wonderful small hotel with magnificent location and views of city. Location right by a local Restaurant and the most famous sights and monuments.

The location is marvellous, next to different attractions and subways and cabs - couldn't be better. It has excellent staff and boasts particularly nice views of city. The rooms are neat and include an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

We had an exceptional stay at a charming hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and energizing for a day of exploring. The hotel had a cool bar at the entrance, perfect for relaxing before or after our adventures. We highly recommend this hotel! a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel seems convenient, with easy access to the subway, taxis, and some of the historical sites. the wifi doesn't fully reach the bedroom. the room appears quite comfortable and clean with a stunning interior. the breakfast is outstanding, and some guests had received complimentary upgrades.

Some guests had negative experiences with the management or facilities. One guest reported an incident involving an exploding hairdryer that led to injury, but they received no response or assistance from the manager.

our stay at this b&b exceeded our expectations. the staff was helpful and went above and beyond, making it feel like a home away from home. the location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the sites we wanted to see.

Accessible location, great for sightseeing with many nearby cafes and restaurants. Spacious apartment with high standards of hygiene. Welcoming hosts with valuable local suggestions, as well as airport shuttle arrangements.

The couple who run the place, Caterina and Giuseppe, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to explore all the famous sightseeing locations in Rome. We were able to easily walk to attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Villa Borghese. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. Caterina and Giuseppe went out of their way to make us feel at home during our stay - it truly felt like our home in Rome.

For dads, it would be great if there were softer beds and plumper pillows to ensure a more comfortable sleep for the whole family.

The location couldn't be better, everything was within walking distance, which was very convenient. the room was extremely clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service. the staff was very helpful and accommodating, they solved an issue we had with no hesitation.

There wasn't any fresh milk available for tea or coffee, but we bought some and kept it in the fridge.
